PEL was established in 2004 and has since gone from strength to strength and obtained CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment)  accreditation in 2005，Registration No. CNAS L2210.

PEL's testing reports have international credibility, which is recognized by more than 70 member states and regions of International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation ("ILAC").

We provide professional testing and inspection services for eyewear products by the standards of ISO, EN, ANSI, ASTM, AS/NZS, GB

PEL offers an excellent service with competitive pricing to meet the market demand. 

The cost for a test varies depending mainly upon the type of product and the item you requested, SKU's, Location, Lead Time, etc.

Our principal concern is to ensure you enjoy an excellent and economical service, and ultimately, peace of mind regarding your eyewear orders. 

Yes. You can choose the express or urgent service. Correspondingly, There will be a 40% surcharge or 100% surcharge to the base cost. Detailed lead-times depend on the item and testing you require.

If your testing is put on hold, you will be notified immediately via email or phone call with the necessary actions required to move ahead. PEL's staff are excellent with fast communication and follow-ups. 

Yes. PEL has a standard fee schedule for its services, but regular customers are eligible for a discount. First-time orders could also qualify depending on the size of the order. If you'd like to know more, please get in touch with one of our Salespeople, and we can work out the details.
